The 20-year-old, who was with English Premiership side Middlesbrough, had originally signed a pre-contract agreement with the Scottish Champions, but he is delighted to have sealed the permanent move to Celtic Park. That sucks for Guzan. In Scotland, Celtic or the Huns could probably pull off a work permit for a player who doesn't meet the requirements, but the English Premier League is an entirely different beast.
