Alberto Gilardino to star in “The Greg Louganis Story”

Milan frontman Alberto Gilardino, as reported in The Scotsman, refuted the booking awarded him in Tuesday’s UEFA Champions League match.
“I was touched and I tried to keep going to get round the goalkeeper, but I eventually lost my balance. If I had been sneaky and fallen immediately, I probably would have had a penalty. It certainly was not a booking.”
The twenty-four year old striker went on to say that Milan did enough at Parkhead to secure a sure victory on their return leg at San Siro in March.
As for the diving incident itself, I’ll give this one back to Bob and The Offside proper.
