Death to our computer overlords: Killie Preview

By: Matt | November 11th, 2008

Do you know what happens when your POS computer malfunctions? You begin to resent computers and everything associated with them. As stated in my “poem”, I have been having some computer troubles and thus why I have not graced this page in a few days. Sure I could have used a library computer, but my resentment towards all things CPU and the subsequent beat down I would have given the library computer even for making the “windows sound” would have been unfair. I am now taking deep breaths and counting to ten in order to give you, the loyal (no pun intended) Celtic Offside reader their midweek Kilmarnock preview they’ve been on the edge of their seat for. Celtic have already defeated Killie twice this year, once in regular season play and once in the CIS Cup. There will continue to be a laundry list of Celtic players injured for this one, including Marc Crosas and Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink, but Glenn Loovens, Shunsuke Nakamura, and Georgios Samaras have made their return to training and will be given fitness tests before the match to determine their participation. Even with all of the injuries, Celtic have won 8 SPL matches in a row and one would assume that the addition of these key players can only help Celtic’s chances.

My prediciton: Celtic 3-Killie 1

Wouldn’t mind seeing Well take some points off Rangers too. Could be a good day.

Agreed JT, though the ‘well’s form this year has been lacking a bit.
