Get Well Soon, Tommy Bhoy

By: Matt | April 23rd, 2008

Tommy BurnsThe Celtic Offside wishes to send its best regards and well wishes to Celtic legend and assistant coach Tommy Burns. Tommy has been fighting cancer recently and their were rumors that earlier today he had taken a turn for the worst. It seems however these were just rumors and that Tommy had just went in to receive treatment in order to get some strength to travel to America to seek treatment. We hope Tommy all the best and hope to see him healthy soon. They often talk about being a “Celtic Man”, and I don’t know what exactly that entails, but I do not that Tommy Burns fits this description. The picture shows Tommy’s love of the club, even at his age. Celtic need more people like Tommy in the club and everyone wishes him a speedy recovery.

As they say, “You’ll Never Walk Alone”

Best wishes to Tommy, not just a Celtic Man, but a former international as well. Get better soon.
