Gibby’s Forefit
By: Matt | July 21st, 2008After writing about tit’s like David Healy, it’s nice to find an uplifting, fun story like this one. Ranger supporter Gordon Gibson from Carluke, Scotland wrote to the Daily Record last year when it seemed that Rangers were a lock for the SPL title that he would sing “Danny Boy” in the Carluke square if Celtic won the title. Of course, we all know who won the title and many were there to remind Gibson or “Gibby” about his promise. Fair play must go to Gibby who did not back out of his promise and performed a rousing rendition of not only “Danny Boy”, but he was a good enough sport to even belt out a rendition of “Hail Hail/Celtic Song” as well in a bright outfit of green and all of it was caught on tape and put on the internet for all to see. Gibby was a great sport about it, and even used the occasion to raise money for charity. Cheers to Gibby for this entertainment and I hope to see videos of you signing the next 10 years.
