Hair of the Dog - More Old Firm Review

By: Cham | December 18th, 2006

- Rangers’ captain Barry Ferguson was offside. Nothing more to say about it. It’s just classic that he missed a spot-on crack.

- Thomas Gravesen’s one-timer was pure class.

- Hemdani’s strike simply caught Boruc a bit off his line. Quality goal, nonetheless.

We are Celtic. This is the Celtic Offside Report.

    Cham,

    Thanks for the video footage.

About Neil’s penalty, here’s a link to his side of the story: http://www.rte.ie/sport/2006/1218/celtic.html

Neil Lennon’s penalty is a tough one, because, from the Celtic TV footage, two angles look like a clear foul in the box and one, the angle of the official (an official at Ibrox, mind you), was not so clear.

So it’s a tough call that should have gone our way and given Celtic an amazing advantage going into the second half.

    Instead, an away draw.
