  Could the knock-out phase go like this:

  1st knock-out game
  Celtic beat Chelsea

  Quarterfinals
  Celtic beat Arsenal

  Semifinals
  Celtic beat Liverpool

  Finals
  Celtic beat Inter Milan - again, 40 years later!

  Not that I think it’s likely to happen, but I’d love to see it.

  Optimism like this brings a tear to my eye.

  So long as Celtic makes the most of it at home and figures out their defense, they could win a potential Battle o’ Britain. As for the contenential teams who are playing classic ball…

  well, we still have optimism.
