Paradise Lost?
A lot has been said to Celtic’s credit these last 24 hours, the youthful defensive presence - like that of Darren O’Dea getting his first Champions League start - standing their ground against the Italians and drawing nil-nil.
But is Celtic, leaving the Paradise of Parkhead for the Milan of early March, without a goal or more in hand, inviting disaster and impending doom. The curse of Celtic away should be in the back of every Celtic faithful’s head.
Then again, Celtic did hold Milan - Kaka, Pirlo, Gilardino, et al.- goalless at Parkhead. And that’s something, eh?
We are Celtic. This is the Celtic Offside Report.

Although your superstitious hesitation was understandable, you clearly should have eaten the Milano cookie before the game! Baked goods named after opponents may lead to goal scoring for Celtic, so get researching. I see a high carb. diet in your future.

Cham, is it true that you’re posting from Russia? Or it’s something wrong with IP identification?

And, don’t forget, Milan will be getting some strikers back from injury.
Of, course, any if Celtic can play a 1-1 draw, they go through.

Lest you forget, Celtic should have a few more defenders available for the next leg as well. Which doesn’t say all that much, since the backline of Naylor-O’Dea-Wilson-McManus held Milan to nil.
We may have Craig Beattie back, which would be great, since he was playing so well and arguably pairs best with JVH up top.
