Ken-Well, either us or Bayern would be the high profile aspect of the match. Not sure what a match up between us and St. Pauli would have to do with politics, surely you've seen evidence of the connection between Celtic and St. Pauli before. Hell, even the official online shop tries to profit off of it by selling some tshirts. As far as "keeping politics/religion out of football", it seems that only applies to politics the chairman of Celtic does not enjoy. Not sure where religion comes into this affair.

2 things: why is this "high profile"? I've never heard of this German 2nd division team and what happened about keeping politics/religion out of footbal?

I'd assume Kev, since it's for St Pauli's centennial. If it occurs, was thinking I'd save my pennies for this one as well.
