QPR 1-5 Celtic Highlights
By: JT | July 16th, 2007Trialist Andrea Capone did his chances of being offered a contract no harm, Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink grabbed a brace and had a penalty kick saved, and newboys Scott Brown and Scott McDonald opened their Celtic accounts. All in all, its what they should be doing to a team at QPR’s level at this time of the preseason. The Celts are coming to the US this week with the match vs the MLS All Stars on Friday and then on Sunday they face off against the Chicago Fire. I should be able to find some time for a preview of the clash against the MLS XI. Only a a slight sunburn for me on vacation, I hope the fair skinned Bhoys are as lucky, but I doubt it!
