The 12 Bhoys of Christmas

By: Matt | December 24th, 2008

On the first day of Christmas my true love gave to me, a Hoooooly Goalie.
On the second day of Christmas my true love game to me, two center backs who play inconsistently.
On the third day of Christmas my true love gave to me, three injured starters yet we are still at the top of the league.
On the fourth day of Christmas my true love gave to me, four leagues we’re winning at the completion of May.
On the fifth day of Christmas my true love gave to me, FIVE GINGER COACHES!

So, I gave up on this little Christmas Charol after 5, for your sake and mine. But regardless, I just wanted to send my season’s greetings to anyone who has read, seen, ignored, or been forced to look at the Celtic Offside page, especially around the campus of the University of Dayton and the various computers that I set to have this blog as the homepage. All the best to you and yours this weekend, no matter who you support, including the blue side of town, Ian and the rest of the Haggis eatin’ Caley lovers, the sheep shagger who’s gone missing a bit, and the two Capital City bawbags who teased us all with the thought of more SPL bloggers. A prosperous new year to all, except when your particular team faces Celtic, when I wish you the worst luck possible.

Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, Happy Kwanza, and most importantly a Happy Festivus to all!

    Matt,

    Merry Christmas!

Keep up the good work. Cheers!

(BTW: You should continue the “12 Days” bit; it wasn’t half-bad.)

Merry Christmas, mate. I really hope that NorthernLight fella doesn’t go the way of the Edinburgh bunch and leave us. I liked having another northern side represented, not to mention another non-Glasgow one. Long live the Dons Offside.

Well, I saw he has another blog and he linked all of us awhile ago but hopefully he doesn’t disappear…the Hibs guy was the worst. What, did he manage two posts before fucking off? What a tease…
